How our Glasgow cabinetry kit fits together
Together Craft Joinery treats each flat as a set of interlocking parts: carcass modules, face frames, doors, and finish coats cut and finished on Buchanan Street before we carry them upstairs in Merchant City closes or West End tenements.
The diagram below maps the six workstreams we open most often for Glasgow clients. Pick a square to open that module; every page on this site uses the same bordered block format so you can scan specifications without hunting through marketing copy.
Six equal entry points into the workshop offer
Each teaser below is sized the same on purpose. We want kitchen runs, alcove built-ins, and wardrobe carcasses to read as peer modules rather than a sales funnel with a hero product.
Tenement quirks we plan for before cutting timber
Glasgow sandstone tenements often hide out-of-square walls behind plaster. We record plumb deviations on site so carcass backs can be scribed rather than forced flush with packing that later shows through painted doors.
West End flats with bay windows need shallow wall units that clear radiator pipes. Merchant City conversions sometimes share risers with neighbours, so we leave service voids that stay accessible after install day.
Buchanan Street bench space and delivery windows
Our bench sits at 88 Buchanan Street, G1 3BA, close enough to city-centre flats that we can bring sample doors for a second look without booking a van for a half-day trip.
Typical kitchen carcass sets leave the workshop in sequenced stacks labelled by room elevation. You can review day rates and fixed fees on the pricing page or write to [email protected] with floor sketches.
From first email to hung doors
Most commissions start with a site measure visit priced from £180. After dimensions are locked we send a cut list and finish sample set, then build in the workshop before a scheduled install window that respects close access and stair turns.
Browse the gallery file list for recent Glasgow installs, or open about for the people who run the benches.
